For my second prom dress, I designed a short, light blue satin dress that serves as a base for a separate long white tulle skirt with 3D butterflies at the bottom. The tulle skirt can be worn over the satin dress for a dramatic effect, or styled separately for a softer look. This creation captured the essence of enchantment, making it a perfect fit for the magical night.
